So k\u00f6nnten zum Beispiel Lieferketten in der Eierproduktion revolutioniert werden. Die neuartige SIM Karte \u00fcbertr\u00e4gt Daten besonders energiesparend \u00fcber Narrowband-IoT (NB-IoT) und \u00fcbertr\u00e4gt in einem ersten Proof-of-Concept die Geodaten einzelner H\u00fchnereier vom Stall bis auf den Fr\u00fchst\u00fcckstisch.<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"Normal tm5\"><span class=\"tm6\">Egal, ob nun in der Boden-, Freiland oder auch Biohaltung: Die neue Pico-SIM-Karte wird \u00fcber ein spezielles Klebeverfahren gleich nach dem Waschvorgang in der Produktionsstra\u00dfe an die Au\u00dfenschale der Eier angebracht. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Normal tm5\"><span class=\"tm6\">Die Karten sind aufgrund ihrer Kleinstbauweise vollst\u00e4ndig biologisch abbaubar und werden beim Kochvorgang zudem nahezu r\u00fcckstandslos aufgel\u00f6st. Hersteller k\u00f6nnen mit der neuen Technologie so weitaus kosteng\u00fcnstiger ihrer Nachweispflicht der Lieferketten nachkommen. Die Standortdaten der Eier werden ab Legezeitpunkt mit einem Zeitstempel und dem Produktionscode an eine Datenplattform in der Cloud \u00fcbertragen. Hier werden die notwendigen Zertifikate erstellt. \u00dcber eine mobile App k\u00f6nnen zudem auch die Verbraucher jederzeit Legedatum und Herkunftsort ihrer Eier nachvollziehen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tm6\">Die notwendige Energie f\u00fcr die Daten\u00fcbertragung erfolgt nach dem \u201eEnergy-Harvesting\u201c-Prinzip. Hier gen\u00fcgt die Umgebungstemperatur oder kleinste Bewegungen der Eier, um ausreichend Energie f\u00fcr die Kommunikation bereitzustellen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Normal tm5\"><span class=\"tm6\">Aktuell pr\u00fcfen die Forscher noch, wie sie die SIM-Karten direkt in das Ei der H\u00fchner bekommen. Eine Idee ist, diese dem Tierfutter beizumischen. So gelangen stets gen\u00fcgend Karten in den Verdauungstrakt der Tiere und werden auch mit den Eiern wieder ausgeschieden. Sollte mal ein Ei ohne SIM-Karte produziert werden, w\u00fcrde dies beim Sammelprozess auffallen. Diese Eier k\u00f6nnten entsprechend aussortiert und dann immer noch direkt im lokalen Hofladen verkauft werden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Normal tm5\"><span class=\"tm6\">&#8222;Mit der neuen Pico SIM-Karte werden Lieferketten endlich vollautomatisch transparent\u201c, kommentiert auch ein Sprecher des Bundesamtes f\u00fcr Verbraucherschutz. In einem ersten Proof-Of-Concept nimmt ein gro\u00dfer Eierproduzent aus Nordrhein-Westfalen die neue Technologie noch rechtzeitig vor Ostern zum 1.
