Eine internationale Forschergruppe, darunter die Technische Universit\u00e4t Graz, will diese Problematik l\u00f6sen, indem sie IoT-Ger\u00e4ten Strom per drahtlose \u00dcbertragung oder aus Umgebungslastquellen bereitstellt. Das EU-gef\u00f6rderte Projekt &#8222;Ambient-6G&#8220; erhielt 8,4 Millionen Euro.<\/h2>\n<p>Die Zahl der Internet-of-Things-(IoT)-Ger\u00e4te wird sich in den kommenden Jahren rapide vervielfachen. Ein wichtiger Aspekt hierbei ist die Reduzierung von Abf\u00e4llen und die Vermeidung von Batterie-Ersatz und -entsorgung. Das Ambient-6G-Projekt konzentriert sich auf die Erneuerung des Internets der Dinge, indem es <strong>Ger\u00e4te per Funk oder durch Energie-Aufkommens (W\u00e4rme, Vibrationen) aus dem Umfeld<\/strong> betreibt.<\/p>\n<h3>Energie-neutrales R\u00fcckstrahl-Kommunikation<\/h3>\n<p>Die Forscher arbeiten an einer neuen Kommunikationsmethode f\u00fcr IoT-Ger\u00e4te: die &#8222;<strong>backscatter communication<\/strong>&#8222;. Diese passive Kommunikation \u00fcbertr\u00e4gt Informationen, indem die Ger\u00e4te sehr leicht modulierte Funksignale reflektieren. Dies erm\u00f6glicht es, dass die kleinen Energien, die von den Funksignalen generiert werden, genug sind, um die Ger\u00e4te zu betreiben. Zum Beispiel k\u00f6nnten elektronische Etiketten in gro\u00dfen Superm\u00e4rkten helfen, Abf\u00e4lle zu reduzieren und maintenance-Kosten zu senken. In der Logistik k\u00f6nnten G\u00fcter ohne Batterien \u00fcber lange Strecken und mit hoher Genauigkeit lokalisiert werden.<\/p>\n<h3>Schwache Signale stellen ein Hindernis dar<\/h3>\n<p>Es gibt noch einige Herausforderungen, die vorab zu \u00fcberwinden sind, bevor batteriefreie IoT-Ger\u00e4te eine praktische Option werden. Dazu geh\u00f6ren auch Signalverarbeitungsmethoden.
