Smart Buildings sind digital vernetzte, energieeffiziente und nachhaltige Geb\u00e4ude, wie sie heute bei vielen Neubauten realisiert werden; im Bestand wird bei der Modernisierung und Sanierung h\u00e4ufig nachger\u00fcstet.
